1. Definition of Geogrid: This is a sophisticated two-dimensional grid or three-dimensional grid structure crafted from high-quality polymers like polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride through thermoplastic or molding techniques. When utilized in civil engineering, it is referred to as geogrid.
2. Plastic Geogrid: This innovative square or rectangular polymer mesh comes in two forms: unidirectional and bidirectional stretching. Through a meticulous process of extruding polymer plates (chiefly polypropylene or high-density polyethylene), punching them, and then strategically stretching them under heat, we manufacture these geogrids. The unidirectional variety is stretched along the plate's length, while the bidirectional type is further stretched perpendicularly, offering enhanced structural integrity.
3. Two-Way Geogrid/Bidirectional Geogrid: Crafted from polymer via extrusion, plating, and punching, followed by longitudinal and transverse stretching, these geogrids boast impressive tensile strength in both directions. This robust structure enhances force distribution and adapts seamlessly to large, permanently load-bearing foundations.

Unidirectional Geogrid: Created by extruding polymers into thin sheets, forming a regular hole net, and then longitudinally stretching, this geogrid achieves a high node strength and a uniquely uniform elliptical mesh. It offers exceptional tensile embedding and modulus, particularly at early elongation levels (2%-5%). With tensile strength exceeding 150 Mpa, this reinforcement material is ideally suited for various soil types.

Steel-Plastic Geogrid: This high-strength reinforcement material is fabricated by combining high-strength steel wire (or other fibers) with polyethylene (PE) and additives, then extruding into composite tensile belts with textured surfaces. Assembled in specific formations and welded using advanced techniques, these geogrids provide unparalleled soil reinforcement.
6. Glass Fiber Geogrid: Engineered from glass fiber through precise weaving and coating processes, this geotechnical composite material boasts formidable physical and chemical stability, high strength, and excellent cold resistance.
