1. Definition of Geogrid: Crafted from polymers such as polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, geogrids are formed through thermoplastic or molding into two-dimensional grids or elevated three-dimensional grid screens. When employed in civil engineering applications, this innovative material is known as a geogrid.
2. Plastic Geogrid Structure: These are polymer meshes, either square or rectangular, designed to adapt through unidirectional or bidirectional stretching techniques. Initially, a polymer plate, most often polypropylene or high-density polyethylene, is punched and subjected to directional stretching under heat. In unidirectional stretching, the extension is along the plate's length. Conversely, bidirectional stretching involves further stretching perpendicular to the initial direction, enhancing the grid's versatility and strength.
3. Bidirectional Geogrid: This high-performance material, formed from polymer through an extrusion, plate, and punching process, undergoes both longitudinal and transverse stretching. The resulting structure boasts significant tensile strength in both directions, making it ideal for distributing stress across large, permanently loaded foundations.

Unidirectional Geogrid: Created by extruding polymers into thin sheets, punching regular holes, and longitudinally stretching, this geogrid forms an elliptical mesh structure with evenly distributed high-strength nodes. Highly effective in bearing and diffusing forces in the soil, our unidirectional geogrid exhibits exceptional tensile strength (> 150 Mpa) and modulus, suitable for diverse soil applications and revered as a versatile reinforcement material.

Steel-Plastic Geogrid: Engineered with high-strength steel wire integrated with polyethylene (PE) and other additives, this composite tensile belt features a rough surface for enhanced soil reinforcement. The belt's unique structure is achieved through vertical and horizontal arrangements, welded by specialized bonding techniques, creating a formidable reinforced geogrid.
6. Glass Fiber Geogrid: Composed of resilient glass fiber woven into a mesh structure, this material is fortified through a special coating and compounding process. With core components of silicon oxide, it boasts outstanding physical and chemical stability, high strength, and remarkable thermal stability.
