Step 2 - Unroll the reinforcement geotextile fabric

Carefully unroll the geotextile fabric over the compacted subgrade, ensuring it lies flat without any wrinkles or folds. Overlap according to engineering directives. Step 3 - Sewing the geotextile fabric

On-site fabric stitching is vital for this task. Utilize a dual-thread lock stitch to secure the seams, preventing unraveling. Equip yourself with our stitching equipment available for purchase or rental. Choose from prayer, j-seam, or butterfly seams based on the engineer's discretion. Here, we demonstrate a j-seam, recommending dual stitches on each seam to ensure installation integrity.

Step 4 - Apply Aggregate

Spread the aggregate to the specified thickness, taking care to avoid direct equipment contact with the engineered fill. Achieve complete compaction before advancing to the final step.
