1. Definition of geogrid: Geogrids are engineered structures composed of polymers like polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride, fashioned into a two-dimensional or three-dimensional grid via thermoplastic or molding processes. Utilized in civil engineering projects, these geogrids provide essential support and stability.
2. Plastic geogrid: This versatile polymer mesh comes in square or rectangular forms, categorized by unidirectional or bidirectional stretching. Manufactured from extruded polymer sheets such as polypropylene or high-density polyethylene, these grids undergo a meticulous punching and stretching process under heat. Unidirectional stretching aligns along the length, while bidirectional stretching extends in a perpendicular direction, enhancing strength and adaptability.

Two-way geogrid/Bidirectional geogrid: Crafted from polymers through a precise extrusion, punching, and stretching process, this geogrid boasts substantial tensile strength both longitudinally and transversely.
