Start by excavating the roadway to the specified elevation. Ensure thorough compaction of your subgrade by eliminating air pockets and firmly tightening the soil, achieving optimal conditions.

Step 2 - Unroll the reinforcement geotextile fabric

Gently unroll the geotextile fabric onto the compacted subgrade, ensuring it lays perfectly flat without any wrinkles or folds. Overlap according to engineering directives. Step 3 - Sewing the geotextile fabric

On-site fabric stitching is essential for this step. Utilize a dual-thread lock stitch to secure seams and prevent unraveling. Equip yourself with our available purchase or rental stitching equipment. Select among prayer, j-seam, or butterfly seams according to the engineer's specifications. Here, we illustrate a j-seam, recommending dual stitches on each seam for ensuring installation integrity.

Step 4 - Apply Aggregate

Distribute the aggregate to the specified thickness carefully, ensuring no direct equipment contact with the engineered fill. Achieve complete compaction before moving on to the final step.

Step 5 - Lay Asphalt
